The supplied drawing records 607 mm overall width, 575 mm overall depth, 740 mm overall height and 460 mm seat height. A 46 cm seat height gives an approximate 26–30 cm difference below a dining table around 72–76 cm high. This is a layout reference rather than a universal fit rule: tabletop thickness, apron depth, base position and the floor plan still need review.
The 60.7 cm product width is not the full planning allowance. Include chair pull-out distance, guest movement, service aisles and the outer points of the angled legs. Because arm height is not recorded in the supplied drawing, send the table or apron drawing when under-table clearance is critical.
The approved product specification identifies a steel frame. “Antique brass” describes the surface appearance; it does not mean the complete frame is solid brass. Approve a physical finish sample because digital images can shift tone, gloss and patina.
The product is confirmed as upholstered, but the supplied information does not lock a leather, leatherette or fabric code. The quotation should identify the exact cover, color, padding direction, seam details, cleaning instruction and batch-approval method.

The standard MOQ is 20 pieces per model. A trial order from 15 pieces may be reviewed only after sales approval. Deep customization normally starts from 100 pieces per design or configuration, and upholstery or finish suppliers may impose separate material minimums.
Standard production is about 30 days after deposit and final specification approval. New materials, colors or structural customization normally require about 35–45 days. Shipping, customs clearance and destination delivery are outside production lead time.
The current package does not contain a model-linked load, durability, stability, fire, corrosion or outdoor report. Relevant EN, ANSI/BIFMA or third-party requirements can be reviewed according to the exact configuration, destination and venue. For European or UK indoor non-domestic seating, BS EN 16139:2025 may be relevant within its scope. For United States public, restaurant or dining seating, ANSI/BIFMA X5.4-2020 (R2025) may be relevant. Naming a standard is not a statement that DC-A17 has passed it.
Follow the instructions for the approved upholstery code. Blot spills promptly, test cleaners on a hidden area and do not assume an unspecified cover tolerates strong chemicals. Clean the metal finish with a soft cloth, keep it dry and avoid abrasive pads. Inspect floor-contact parts, visible fasteners and seat/back attachment points during routine venue maintenance.
