Dimensions and Table Fit
FD312 measures approximately W45 × D48 × H80 cm / 17.7 × 18.9 × 31.5 in, with a 46.2 cm / 18.2 in seat height.
The seat height can be considered with dining tables around 72–76 cm / 28.3–29.9 in high. This creates an approximate seat-to-tabletop difference of 25.8–29.8 cm / 10.2–11.7 in.
That calculation is only the starting point. We also need to check tabletop thickness, table-apron depth, leg or pedestal position, knee clearance, chair pull-out space and aisle requirements.

We can evaluate adjustments to the seat height, width, depth or backrest proportion for suitable quantities. Changing the seat height can affect backrest contact position, frame geometry, chair stability, production fixtures, packing volume and previous test scope.
Dimension changes therefore require a revised drawing and sample review rather than being treated as a simple color option.
Material and Structure
FD312 combines upholstery, plywood and metal within its construction.
The seat and backrest are separate upholstered components. This keeps the space between them visually open and allows the rear metal support structure to remain visible.
The backrest is positioned with a slight rearward angle. We do not assign a precise ergonomic angle or performance claim without a confirmed drawing and product-level measurement.
The supplied images establish a brown upholstery appearance, rounded upholstered backrest, upholstered seat, separate seat-and-back construction and visible metal back supports. They do not establish the upholstery composition, abrasion rating, cleaning code or padding density.
The visible frame includes four metal legs, twin vertical back supports, a rear U-shaped support section, metal connections beneath the seat and a dark metal-frame appearance.
Final frame claims follow the approved material, appearance and test specification for your order. Until those details are locked, FD312 is not described as steel, powder-coated, rust-proof or heavy-duty.
For the final approved upholstery, remove loose dust gently, blot spills instead of rubbing, use a cleaner approved for the selected material, test cleaners in a concealed area and avoid soaking the upholstered structure.
For the metal frame, wipe with a soft damp cloth, dry after cleaning, and avoid abrasive pads and corrosive chemicals. Final care instructions follow the upholstery and frame configuration selected for production.

A change of upholstery color is relatively straightforward. A new seat height or frame structure requires a different approval route.
Final color approval should use a physical sample or traceable material code. A screen image cannot reliably control tone, texture or sheen.
We can review alternative standard colors, project-selected upholstery, different surface textures, customer-supplied material, materials with specified cleaning requirements and materials selected around destination-market fire requirements.
Móveis YeZhi can evaluate customer-supplied upholstery after receiving material composition, usable roll width, total quantity, pattern or pile direction, dye-lot information, cleaning instructions, required performance documents and a physical sample for trial upholstery.
The performance of customer-supplied material remains subject to its documentation and the approved trial for that exact material.
Provide a RAL or Pantone reference, physical metal sample, existing project finish sample, or a clear color, gloss and texture direction. “Black” is not a complete finish specification. Matte, satin, textured and charcoal-black surfaces do not produce the same result.
Deep customization can include seat-height adjustment, overall width or depth changes, backrest proportion changes, a new upholstery profile, a revised metal structure or a custom packing method.
Deep customization normally starts from 100 pieces per configuration and requires engineering review, an updated drawing and sample approval.
Order Control
For an FD312 order, Móveis YeZhi uses the approved drawing, material reference, appearance sample, packing instructions and order specification as the production-control basis. The inspection route can include incoming-material review, in-process checks and pre-pack inspection.
Product dimensions, visible frame condition, upholstery appearance, floor contact, surface condition and packing protection are checked against the approved order requirements.
Tell us the destination country and exact requirement before sample production. Relevant mechanical, material, fire or market documentation can be reviewed according to the final FD312 configuration, selected upholstery and padding, intended use, destination market and exact project standard.
A report for another chair, upholstery or frame configuration is not automatic evidence for FD312.
Packing and Terms
The standard packing basis for FD312 uses an export carton with EPE foam, sponge protection and corrugated protection. The final arrangement is confirmed after the chair configuration and assembly method are locked.
The packing plan should prevent metal legs pressing against upholstery, frame sections rubbing together, concentrated pressure on the backrest, movement inside the carton, loose hardware contacting the fabric and scratches around visible metal sections.
Exact carton dimensions, pieces per carton, net weight, gross weight and CBM are issued only after the final product and packing configuration are approved.
