MOQ, Production, Packing and Warranty
Standardminimikvantiteten är 20 stycken per modell. Deep customization normally starts from 100 stycken. Samples normally require about 25 dagar; standard production is about 30 dagar; complex customization normally requires 35–45 days after approvals. Production time excludes international transport, customs and destination delivery.
The standard payment term is T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Export packing uses a protective carton, EPE foam and corner protection, with added surface separation or pallets when required. Warranty is 12 months from shipment for verified manufacturing defects under normal commercial use, subject to exclusions and evidence review.
